Announcement Regarding Membership in the Japan Generative AI Association and Appointment of Director

(Headquarters: Nihonbashi Yokoyama-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Ryoga Terazono; hereinafter “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its application for membership in the Japan Generative AI Association (hereinafter “the Association”) has been officially approved. Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that Ryoga Terazono, Representative Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Director of the Association.

Purpose of Joining

The Company aligns with the Association’s mission to promote the healthy development and widespread adoption of generative AI. By joining the Association, we aim to contribute to the advancement of the industry while deepening our expertise in the latest technological trends and regulatory frameworks, ultimately striving to provide even more sophisticated AI solutions.

Board Appointment

Through Mr. Terazono’s appointment as a Director, the Company will actively engage in addressing challenges related to the social implementation of generative AI and participate in the formulation of appropriate usage guidelines.
